Called to job for leak on master bathroom tub faucet, found leak on decaying supply pipe, shut off water and removed faucet and capped pipes. Owner purchased new faucet, the carpenter removed tile and subfloor. Made necessary piping changes in floor, stubbed up risers for new faucet, carpenter replaced subfloor and tile, and installed new tub faucet.
